The multi-faceted artist lives in the world.

She speaks 10 languages.

 

SONYA has lived and worked in different countries, such as Mexico, the USA, India, Morocco, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal.... She has shown her work in exhibitions in multiple countries, including Germany, USA, Portugal, Italy, Morocco.

Apart from exhibtions in museums and galleries, her work is also shown in international art fairs, and sought after by private collectors. She is fascinated and inspired by original cultures and primitive people, their bodypaintings, and exotic countries.

 

SONYA’s  artistic talent was evident since her early childhood, when she showed enthusiasm for painting, drawing, bodypainting, make-up, styling, dancing and acting. In school she was always among the best pupils in art and photography.

 

During her time at university in Germany as a double student in international business and fine arts, geography and art history her exceptional creative talent was discovered by her professor. 

he was the one to oncourage her to pursue an artistic career.

 

Since then she had shows of her photographs, sculptures and paintings in national and international exhibitions.
